1. There are NO refunds once you place your order- tickets are only valid for entry on August 24
2. Registration deadline for the $40 discounted price is Sunday, August 17 @ 11 pm
3. Parking is $30 per vehicle paid upon entry at toll booth - cash or credit card
4. No food can be taken inside the park gates
5. You are allowed to bring thermo-style water bottle inside the park, but it must be emptied before entering the park. You can then refill it at various water fountains and dinning locations throughout the park.
6. You can tailgate for lunch at your vehicle or there are three shaded areas that are available in the guest parking lot.
7. Pre-paid tickets will be sent by email. Please provide a valid email address.  We are not giving away tickets at the entrance. You have to take care of printing and bringing the tickets with you.

Tickets are on sale at a discounted price of $40 per person for ages 3 and older - (normal price $50 online and $79.99 at the gate)

Children 2 and younger are FREE.

Conference Bus Transportation: This is a convenient option for those who prefer not to drive -  ride the Conference Bus to Kings Dominion for an additional $30.  The bus will depart from the Chesapeake Conference Office (6600 Martin Road, Columbia, MD 21044) at 8:30am.
